Cancellation Policy for Omega Softwares

Overview: At Omega Softwares, we prioritize customer satisfaction and transparency in our policies. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to provide clarity on refund processes and circumstances.

Refund Circumstances:

Multiple Debits Due to Technical Errors:

If your Consumer Card/Bank Account is debited multiple times due to technical errors (excluding Payment Gateway charges), you are eligible for a refund. Please submit a complaint form, and we will process the refund within one week.

Excess Debits in Single Transaction

In cases where your account is debited with an excess amount in a single transaction due to technical errors, the excess amount will be adjusted in your next month's transaction.

Payment Charges with Unsuccessful Bill Transactions

If payment charges are applied to your Consumer's Card/Bank Account due to technical errors, but the bill remains unsuccessful, you can request a refund of the net amount (after deduction of Payment Gateway charges or any other charges). Refunds will be processed within one week after submitting a complaint form.

Exclusions

It's important to note that refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

1. Bills or Taxes once paid through the payment gateway.

2. Charges incurred due to customer errors or misuse.
